We're looking for a detailoriented and proactive Ecommerce Assistant to help manage daily operations across multiple global online marketplaces. This role is perfect for someone with basic experience in ecommerce who wants to grow and take ownership with proper guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daytoday operations on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Target, Home Depot, and eBay
- Create and improve product listingstitles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keyword optimization
- Monitor inventory levels, pricing updates, and competitor activity
- Support order processing, shipment creation, and tracking workflows
- Prepare performance reports and analyze advertising data for meaningful insights
- Respond professionally to customer queries, reviews, and return requests
- Work with internal teams to ensure product content, prices, and catalog details are accurate and updated
Requirements
- 1+ year of handson experience in ecommerce operations
- Must have experience in the US ecommerce market
- Good skills in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis
