Role Description
We are seeking a full-time E-commerce Assistant to join our team on-site in Delhi, India. The E-commerce Assistant will manage and update e-commerce platforms, oversee product listings, monitor inventory, and support customers with inquiries. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the sales team, analyzing market trends, ensuring smooth online order processing, and driving customer satisfaction. This role requires a highly organized professional with a strong understanding of e-commerce operations and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Create and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
Manage inventory and stock updates across marketplaces/websites
Process and track customer orders and coordinate with the logistics team
Handle customer queries via email, chat, or marketplace platforms
Monitor product performance, sales, and competitor activity
Assist in promotional campaigns, discounts, and online marketing initiatives
Ensure accuracy of product data and website content
Generate basic reports on sales, returns, and order status
Coordinate with internal teams for product availability and dispatch
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business, or related field
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Understanding of online customer service practices
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
