Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (configuration, customization, plugin/workflow development).
Proficient in JavaScript, C#, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and .NET Framework.
Solid experience with KingswaySoft SSIS for CRM data integration.
Experience with Azure Functions and Dynamics API integrations.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
