We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions with a focus on enhancing customer service operations.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide support and training for users on Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities and best practices.
- Manage customer service processes within Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring optimal use of the platform to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in customer service operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM and provide ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to CRM processes, configurations, and user guides.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, preferably with a focus on Customer Service.
- Strong knowledge of CRM processes and workflows in Dynamics 365.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs.
- Proficiency in integrating Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft products and third-party applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of data management and reporting tools within Dynamics 365 CRM.
