Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Support leadership in maintaining a healthy and collaborative culture.
3. Performance Management
- Drive the performance appraisal process and help managers in goal setting and reviews.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide support for performance improvement plans where required.
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Support payroll inputs and administration of employee benefits.
- Ensure internal parity and external competitiveness in compensation practices.
5. Compliance & HR Policies
- Ensure adherence to statutory and labor law compliances.
- Develop and update HR policies in line with evolving business needs and legal requirements.
6. HR Operations & Reporting
- Maintain and manage employee data in HRMS.
- Generate reports and analytics for management reviews and audits.
7. Training and Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate with internal/external trainers for employee development programs.
- Track effectiveness and impact of training initiatives.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across levels.
- Hands-on experience with HR software and systems (HRMS/HRIS).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
