Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Support leadership in maintaining a healthy and collaborative culture.

3. Performance Management

  • Drive the performance appraisal process and help managers in goal setting and reviews.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide support for performance improvement plans where required.

4. Compensation & Benefits

  • Support payroll inputs and administration of employee benefits.
  • Ensure internal parity and external competitiveness in compensation practices.

5. Compliance & HR Policies

  • Ensure adherence to statutory and labor law compliances.
  • Develop and update HR policies in line with evolving business needs and legal requirements.

6. HR Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain and manage employee data in HRMS.
  • Generate reports and analytics for management reviews and audits.

7. Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate with internal/external trainers for employee development programs.
  • Track effectiveness and impact of training initiatives.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across levels.
  • Hands-on experience with HR software and systems (HRMS/HRIS).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
