Key Responsibilities:
Helpdesk & Mailroom Operations:
- Provide management advice and support for escalated issues.
- Ensure immediate response to priority calls and follow proper escalation protocols.
- Address accidents or crises promptly.
- Ensure proper distribution of C-mail and government agency mail.
Front Office Operations:
- Supervise front office operations, ensuring high standards of housekeeping and service.
- Conduct rounds of lobby, restrooms, and common areas.
- Respond to priority calls and escalate as needed.
Security Operations:
- Attend shift briefings and manage security staff deployment.
- Ensure staff adhere to GAP norms and are properly groomed.
- Update security managers on VIP/client visits.
- Track issue resolution and performance through regular reporting and feedback.
- Oversee key room, clock room, and time office operations.
Housekeeping Operations:
- Supervise housekeeping staff and monitor service quality.
- Conduct facility walkthroughs, identify snags, and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure Siebel housekeeping calls are closed within SLA/TAT.
- Participate in vendor performance evaluations and audits.
Cafeteria Operations:
- Supervise cafeteria vendors to maintain hygiene, quality, and cost standards.
- Conduct food sample tests and kitchen audits.
- Monitor cafeteria traffic, table cleanliness, and vendor inventory.
- Coordinate escalations to Facility Manager and Accenture Lead.
General Operations:
- Maintain breakout areas, reprographic equipment, wellness room, and recreation areas.
- Ensure proper handover and documentation for shift-to-shift operations.
- Support audits (ISO, internal, external) and ensure documentation compliance.
- Monitor pest control, carpet maintenance, gym activities, and emergency preparedness.
- Update OLA and SMDRS tools daily and monthly.
