Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities:

• Create CAD drawings as per sections required for building waterproofing.
• Prepare Standard Drawings, Generic Drawings, and Superimposed Drawings based on site conditions.
• Conduct area calculations and generate precise site drawings.
• Develop 3D models to support architectural and construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Interpret and translate technical specifications into comprehensive drafting layouts.
• Maintain and update drawing records and project documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in any field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Knowledge of civil engineering drawings and site development plans.
• Basic understanding of waterproofing systems and construction techniques.
• Good computer knowledge and ability to work with design software.
• Strong English communication skills (speaking & writing).
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
