Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Architectural Coordinator / Draughtsman to manage project planning, design coordination, and execution support for residential real estate projects. The candidate will work closely with architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning Massing
- Analyze project feasibility (FSI, RERA, construction area)
- Prepare initial layouts including tower planning, heights, and area distribution
- Support costing and budgeting inputs
Design Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and landscape consultants
- Translate design concepts into practical project briefs
- Ensure alignment across design, approvals, and execution teams
Project Designing
- Work closely with liaisoning team for approval feasibility
- Coordinate design stages: Concept, Schematic, GFC drawings
- Review and improve design briefs as per company standards
Project Launch Readiness
- Support 3D renders and design inputs for marketing materials
- Assist in show flat and marketing office setup
- Ensure customer-centric design approach
Project Execution
- Coordinate with site teams for design implementation
- Ensure construction aligns with approved drawings
- Handle RFIs (Request for Information) from site team
- Ensure timely delivery of working drawings
- Assist in site planning (boards, porta cabins, etc.)
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Real Estate (Residential Projects)
- Knowledge of redevelopment projects
- Good understanding of DCPR 2034 regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture or Architectural Draughtsman
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in managing end-to-end residential projects
- Exposure to design coordination and site execution
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (architects, consultants, site team)
