Job Description

Create accurate and detailed technical drawings to support HVAC system implementation.

Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to translate HVAC design concepts into precise drawings.

Utilize drafting software proficiently, ensuring attention to detail in drawings.

Adhere to HVAC codes and standards related to design and drafting.

Prepare Bill of Quantities for HVAC projects.

Inspect sites before preparing shop drawings and estimate material quantities.

Detail HVAC layouts and critical sections effectively.

Coordinate with project teams, architects, and consultants.

Utilize manual drawing skills and computer-based drafting applications.

Complete assigned tasks within given timeframes.

Report modifications required in layouts to design engineers or project heads.

Maintain project records and files.

Requirements

Qualification: ITI in Mechanical Drafting + HVAC Drafting course.

Minimum 2 Year Of Experience In HVAC Drafting.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.

Good communication skills.

Knowledge of VRF, chilled systems, ventilation systems designing, duct sizing, and AutoCAD HVAC layout preparation.

Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.

Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with HVAC industry standards and codes.
