Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an Acquisition Specialist. The Acquisition Specialist will handle the end-to-end process of content acquisition, conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and negotiate acquisitions in alignment with the company's goals. Lead end-to-end deal negotiations including commercials, rights, and licensing terms

Track market trends and competitor strategies to optimize content . Responsibilities include analyzing market data, managing acquisition programs, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of content contracts.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Acquisitions and Program Management
• Advanced Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
• 2–3 years of experience in content acquisition, partnerships, and category management with strong analytical skills.
• Background in content distribution platforms and media companies, driving growth through strategic collaborations.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in identifying and leveraging content trends
• Understanding of licensing models, content rights, and monetization
• Prior experience in media, content production, or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, media studies,or a related discipline.
