Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review material demand from engineers and verify parts availability in the system.
  • Coordinate with master data/ETO teams to activate required parts.
  • Generate material demand and Purchase Requisitions in the system.
  • Execute administrative and operational tasks in compliance with SOPs and guidelines.
  • Gather and summarize data to support task execution and reporting.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal customer queries related to assigned tasks.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and document process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver accurate information and support a strong customer experience.
