Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead root cause analysis for production issues across .NET applications in the Order Fulfilment domain
Provide containment, short-term, and long-term solutions for production incidents
Manage the lifecycle of Problem Known Errors (PKEs)
Collaborate with Solution Architects, AMS teams, and Application Development teams to resolve production issues
Analyze recurring issues and propose permanent fixes
Report PKE statistics and maintain issue tracking documentation
Ensure timely resolution of tickets within SLA commitments
Support high-quality production stability in a fast-paced environment
