Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead root cause analysis for production issues across .NET applications in the Order Fulfilment domain
Provide containment, short-term, and long-term solutions for production problems
Manage Problem Known Errors (PKE) lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Sustaining Development teams, AMS teams, and Application Development teams to implement solutions
Report PKE statistics and track recurring issues for permanent fixes
Resolve task tickets within defined SLA timelines
Analyze and suggest improvements for recurring issues to prevent future production disruptions
