Job Title: Technical Domestic Recruiter Full Stack
Location: Hyderabad, India
As a Technical Domestic Recruiter specializing in Full Stack roles, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT positions, focusing on full stack development and related technical domains. You'll partner with hiring managers and delivery teams to source, engage, and onboard top-tier talent for clients across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from requirement gathering to candidate placement and onboarding for full stack and related technical roles (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, etc.).
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Dice, proprietary ATS) to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, delivery heads, and project managers to prioritize hiring needs, define job requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Interview & Offer Management: Coordinate all interview stages, facilitate feedback, negotiate offers, and manage candidate communication to ensure a seamless experience.
- Volume & Niche Hiring: Deliver high-volume closures for full stack and niche tech roles, optimizing time-to-hire and candidate quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in domestic IT recruitment, with a focus on full stack developer roles.
- Strong sourcing skills using multiple platforms and advanced search techniques.
- Proven track record in high-volume closures and niche tech hiring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; technical background preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for roles such as Java Developer, .NET Developer, Python Developer, DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, and related full stack positions.
- Familiarity with offer negotiation
- Certifications in Recruiting & Talent Acquisition or related fields are a plus.
