We are seeking a motivated Domestic Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, and attracting top talent for various roles within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for various positions using different recruitment methods.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
- Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
