Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers and clients
- Source potential candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs, etc.), LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and fit
- Coordinate technical interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain and update recruitment tracking tools and databases
- Negotiate salary and close positions within defined timelines
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience during the recruitment process
- Stay updated with IT industry trends and talent market dynamics
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 13 years of experience indomestic IT recruitment
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and job functions (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
- Experience using job portals and social media for sourcing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
