Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter with 3–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the Indian market. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions across various technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews and feedback.
- Negotiate salary and offer discussions with candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS.
- Ensure quick turnaround time and meet hiring targets.
- Build strong candidate pipelines for recurring skill sets.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in domestic IT recruitment (India market).
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and roles (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
