Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for product implementations across multiple client accounts
• Own and resolve support tickets through effective debugging and root cause analysis
• Troubleshoot technical issues in cloud-based UAT environments
• Develop tools and utilities to minimize recurring technical issues
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with product, platform, and engineering teams to improve product quality
• Stay updated with product features, technologies, and industry trends
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
• Contribute to achieving high customer satisfaction and support excellence
