Domestic IT Recruiter

We are looking for a result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Domestic IT Recruitment. The candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, technical screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, and end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT requirements from sourcing to joining.
• Understand JDs and identify the required technical skills, experience, location, CTC and notice period.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases and other sourcing channels.
• Use Boolean search and keyword-based sourcing to identify relevant IT candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screening to assess:
• Technical skills
• Relevant experience
• Current/Expected CTC
• Notice period
• Location
• Communication skills
• Employment details
• Handle hiring across technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, AI Skills ,React, Angular, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Testing, SAP, ServiceNow and other IT skill sets.
• Experience in Permanent, Contract and C2H hiring will be preferred.
• Submit quality profiles within the required TAT.
• Coordinate technical/HR interviews and ensure candidate availability.
• Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, offer acceptance and joining.
• Handle salary negotiation and offer closure.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers and daily recruitment reports.
• Ensure regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Work closely with hiring managers, clients and internal recruitment teams.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sourcing, submission, interview and closure targets.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and build a ready talent pipeline for future requirements.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
• Experience in Permanent/C2H/Contract IT hiring is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand JDs and identify technically relevant profiles.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers/ATS.
• Target-oriented, proactive and capable of handling multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates from IT Recruitment / Staffing / Recruitment Consultancy backgrounds.
• Should have proven experience in Domestic IT hiring.
• Candidates with hands-on C2H/Contract staffing experience will have an advantage.
• Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven WFO environment.
• Candidates currently based in Hyderabad are preferred.
