Job Overview

Career Path Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Domestic IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. We are open to hiring candidates ranging from freshers to experienced IT recruiters.

The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating IT candidates for various technical requirements across India.

Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates with a background in Domestic IT Recruitment / IT Staffing will be preferred for senior responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Understand IT job requirements and client expectations.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain regular communication with candidates.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment requirements when required.
Follow up on offers and ensure successful candidate joining.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.
Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates.
Work with hiring managers and recruitment/account teams to understand hiring requirements.

For Freshers

Freshers will receive training and hands-on exposure to:

IT recruitment fundamentals.
Understanding technical job descriptions.
Candidate sourcing techniques.
Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
Resume screening.
Candidate communication and follow-ups.
Interview coordination.
Recruitment processes and KPIs.
Domestic IT staffing and hiring practices.

Additional Skills for Experienced Candidates

1–5+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment / IT Staffing.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
Experience recruiting for technical positions such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, Full Stack, and other IT roles.
Strong understanding of the Indian IT recruitment market.
Experience handling multiple requirements and client submissions.
Proven track record of interview closures, offers, and joinings.
