Job Description

Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter

Job Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad (5 days onsite)

Years of experience: Min 3 - Max 10 years

Mandatory Skills:

  • Individual Contributor (IC)
  • working on implementation partner requirements from major IT companies such as Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, HCL Tech, and other large system integrators and staffing partners.
  • Strong hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Candidates with prior experience in the following environments are highly preferred:
  1. IT Staffing
  2. Recruitment Consulting
  3. System Integrators
  4. Domestic IT Hiring Firms
  5. Technology Services Companies

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team as an Individual Contributor (IC). The ideal candidate must have strong experience working on implementation partner requirements from major IT companies such as Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, HCL Tech, and other large system integrators and staffing partners.

The recruiter will be responsible for handling Full-Time, Lateral, C2H (Contract-to-Hire), and C2C (Corp-to-Corp) hiring requirements across multiple technologies and domains. The candidate should possess excellent sourcing capabilities, strong communication skills, and experience using modern recruiting and social media platforms for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment for:
  • Full-Time hiring
  • Lateral hiring
  • Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
  • C2C hiring
  • Work extensively on implementation partner requirements from companies such as TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, HCLTech, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, etc.
  • Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring expectations clearly.
  • Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, referrals, networking, and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conducts initial HR interviews to evaluate:
  • Technical fit
  • Communication skills
  • Client handling capability
  • Notice period and compensation expectations
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer discussions, and onboarding activities.

Sourcing & Networking

  • Strong hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals including:
  • Naukri
  • LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Monster
  • Foundit
  • Dice (preferred)
  • Internal ATS/CRM systems
  • Utilize Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methods.
  • Build talent pipelines for niche and high-volume technology requirements.
  • Leverage social media platforms for recruitment branding and candidate engagement.

Client & Candidate Management

  • Interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Client-facing skills and stakeholder communication experience will be an added advantage.
  • Ensure timely submission of quality profiles within defined turnaround times (TAT).

Reporting & Process Management

  • Maintain recruitment trackers, interview statuses, and candidate documentation.
  • Meet individual hiring targets, submission targets, and closure metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation standards.

  • Proven experience supporting implementation partner requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sourcing and screening expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with major job portals and sourcing tools.
  • Experience recruiting for IT technologies across multiple skill sets.
  • Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor.

Preferred Skills

  • Client-facing/stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment automation tools.
  • Expertise in social media recruiting and employer branding.
  • Knowledge of IT market trends, rate negotiation, and hiring strategies.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced staffing environments with aggressive turnaround timelines.
