US IT Recruiter - Khairatabad Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using various platforms including Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing techniques.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for W2 and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) positions.
• Work closely with direct clients and implementation partners to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Effectively coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• In-depth understanding of various US employment types (W2, C2C).
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
• Proven ability to work with direct clients and implementation partners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
