Job Description

Senior Bench Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full bench sales cycle: sourcing, submissions, rate negotiation, and closures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with US vendors and clients
  • Place a minimum of 2 bench candidates per month
  • Identify and submit candidates for suitable job opportunities
  • Coordinate interview processes and maintain communication with candidates and clients
  • Use job portals (Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Dice) to source candidates
  • Maintain and update candidate/client databases and generate daily reports
  • Apply knowledge of US tax terms and compliance requirements
  • Implement H1B marketing strategies for candidate placements
  • Knowledge of H1B visa processes and marketing strategies preferred

Qualifications:

  • 1–7 years of experience in bench sales and business development
  • Proven experience working with US vendors and clients
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and recruitment processes
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
