This on-site role involves providing technical support to clients, resolving hosting and domain-related issues, assisting with safeguarding customer data, and delivering exceptional client service. The role ensures smooth operations by offering timely assistance and effectively communicating with customers to address their concerns and technical needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Support and resolving domain and hosting-related issues
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to handle customer interactions effectively
- Knowledge of Support Work processes and Safeguarding customer data
- Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide practical resolutions
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Familiarity with web hosting technologies, DNS management, and domain registration processes is a plus
- Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields are advantageous
