Qualifications
Experience in Technical Support and resolving domain and hosting-related issues
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to handle customer interactions effectively
Knowledge of Support Work processes and Safeguarding customer data
Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide practical resolutions
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
Familiarity with web hosting technologies, DNS management, and domain registration processes is a plus
Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields are advantageous
