Job Description / Responsibilities:

Manage, organize, and maintain project documentation and records.

Ensure proper document classification, sorting, filing, and archiving.

Oversee document distribution, version control, and tracking.

Maintain document management systems and ensure accuracy of data.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation summaries as required.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.

Handle email correspondence related to document flow and project communication.

Support project teams with administrative tasks and documentation needs.

Ensure compliance with company standards and documentation procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in BBA or BCA (1-3 years of experience preferred)

Proficiency in MS Excel and preparation of presentations.

Strong skills in document organization, data management, and record keeping.

Experience or familiarity with document distribution systems and version control.

Ability to work with document management software/tools.

Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Experience in email correspondence and handling documentation workflows.
