Job Overview
We're Hiring: Document Analysis Specialist – U.S. Commercial Real Estate (CRE). If you have hands-on experience with U.S. Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loan documents and are comfortable working night shifts, this opportunity could be a strong fit. We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Analysis Specialist to support our U.S. CRE lending operations by ensuring accurate data extraction, validation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze key data from:
- Offering Memoranda
- Rent Rolls
- T-12 / Annual Operating Statements
- Appraisal Reports
- Loan Agreements & Promissory Notes
- Identify and flag inconsistencies, missing data, and discrepancies within loan files
- Categorize collateral details such as property type, income, vacancy, and operating expenses
- Maintain and manage Excel-based trackers using:
- VLOOKUP, SUMIF
- Pivot Tables
- Conditional Formatting
- Collaborate with U.S.-based underwriters and credit analysts during overlapping work hours
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–4 years of experience in:
- U.S. CRE loan operations
- Document review or underwriting support
- Strong familiarity with CRE loan documents (Rent Rolls, T-12, Appraisals, Loan Agreements, Promissory Notes)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Prior night shift experience (strongly preferred)
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Experience with nCino is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
