5+ Years of experience in Lab management or system integration
Strong understanding of Video Delivery architectures, STB Platforms
Good understanding of IP Networking and Access Network technologies (DOCSIS and Fiber)
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Lab Operations Management o Oversee day-to-day operations of the remote lab, ensuring uptime and reliability. o Configuration, set-up and maintenance pf local HE components and STB Test Racks o Implement best practice for lab usage, change management and process improvement o Develop and maintain lab documentation and configurations
Collaboration & Alignment o Act as Primary contact for Entertainment related Lab activities o Collaborate with local core and access network teams to support connectivity and troubleshooting o Coordinate new installations and physical work with local Infrastructure team o Coordinate with Netherlands counterparts to ensure consistency in test setups and outcomes
