Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director to lead all facets of our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a strong background in RCM, dedicated to driving process efficiency, building client relationships, and ensuring sustained margin growth. This role involves comprehensive responsibilities, from operational oversight and team management to strategic planning and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Lead all facets of the Healthcare RCM operations business, focusing on the seamless execution of processes and a greater focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team. Participate in business expansion and development activities.
  • Client & Service Management: Define and monitor OLAs in accordance with client SLAs to ensure satisfaction is met or exceeded. Manage communication, escalations, risks, and issues.
  • Financial Management: Oversee cost, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Drive sustained margin growth on a year-on-year basis.
  • Team & People Management: Manage large teams of professionals. Maintain and improve the pyramid structure. Exhibit excellent delegation, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Quality & Improvement: Drive continuous service improvements and maintain high-quality standards. Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
  • Transition & Planning: Lead transition management, plan workload for service management and projects, and review monthly reports to enhance project performance.
  • Policy & Culture: Support in establishing policies across various levels of operations to promote the company's culture and vision.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience in Operations, preferably within the US Healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management (Provider) operations.
  • Experience in managing large teams of professionals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, delegation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build consensus and commitment for achieving an organization's vision.
