Job Summary

As a key strategic partner to the C-suite, you will define and defend Straive's global reputation. You will lead the charge in transforming our brand narrative across India, the US, and Europe, ensuring that every touchpoint from a high-stakes media interview to a global omnichannel campaign resonates with clarity, authority, and impact.

This isn't about maintaining the status quo; it's about elevating Straive to a position of global market leadership.

1. C-Suite Partnership & Advisory

• Act as a strategic consultant to the CEO and Board, aligning brand initiatives with long-term business goals.
• Shape executive thought leadership, positioning our top leaders as industry authorities in the tech and data services space.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments to ensure a unified voice across all global territories.

2. Global Brand Architecture

• Architect and execute a comprehensive Brand Strategy that differentiates Straive in a crowded global market.
• Own the brand's visual and verbal identity, ensuring consistency across diverse cultural landscapes (US, India, Europe).
• Drive Big Idea campaigns that move the needle on brand equity and market share.

3. High-Impact PR & Media Relations

• Direct our Global PR engine, cultivating deep relationships with Tier-1 business, tech, and trade media.
• Lead crisis communication and reputation management, proactively protecting the brand's integrity.
• Oversee high-profile media placements, speaking engagements, and industry award submissions.

4. Analytical Leadership

• Transform data into a narrative. Use advanced Marketing Analytics to prove the ROI of brand and PR efforts.
• Monitor global market trends and competitor movements to pivot strategies in real-time.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 15+ years of battle-tested marketing leadership, with a significant portion spent in global B2B ( Preferably US) or Tech environments preferably worked in AI and Analytics organizations.

• Presence: An impactful communicator who can command a room of C-level executives and inspire a global marketing team.

• The PR Edge: A deep understanding of the global media landscape and a proven track record of landing high-impact earned media.

• Problem-Solver: A proactive thinker who doesn't just identify risks but creates the roadmap to bypass them.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.

• Track Record: Proven success in scaling brands across international borders.
