As Director Sales, you'll own strategic customer relationships, fuel revenue growth, and help some of the biggest eCommerce brands unlock measurable ROI through GoKwik's solutions. You'll partner with C-suite leaders, identify growth levers, and lead a team that turns partnerships into long-term value.

What You'll Own

  • Own and expand key enterprise accounts, driving upsell, cross-sell, and overall account profitability Build and nurture senior-level relationships (CXO and functional heads) to deepen engagement and unlock new opportunities
  • Develop tailored growth strategies that align with customer goals and GoKwik's business outcomes
  • Drive business-value-based conversations and structured commercial negotiations
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and solution teams to deliver consistent customer value
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on excellence and measurable outcomes Regularly present account insights, growth forecasts, and success stories to leadership

Who You Are

  • 12 - 15 years of experience in account management, customer success, or strategic sales, with a strong focus on revenue growth and retention
  • Proven track record of engaging and influencing CXO-level stakeholders to drive business expansion 3+ years of leadership experience managing high-impact teams
  • Deep understanding of SaaS, eCommerce, or tech-driven B2B business models
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to map buying processes and close complex deals Analytical, resourceful, and independent - thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
