Role Description

The Director Projects role is a full-time position based on-site at Confluence's New Delhi office. The role is responsible for overseeing the entire life cycle of the project through it's stages of work, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and maintaining excellence in execution. The Director will lead multidisciplinary teams, be the SPOC for key clients, manage project scopes, and ensure alignment with company values. Additional responsibilities include stakeholder communication, resource allocation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes that meet clients expectations.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, design management, execution, budgeting, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and collaboration skills to guide multidisciplinary teams toward success.
  • Proven expertise in architecture, interior design, construction processes, or environmental sustainability principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills for client management, stakeholder engagement, and report preparation.
  • Familiarity with standardized systems, processes, and tools for efficient project execution and monitoring.
  • Ability to analyze operations, streamline workflows, and enhance project efficiency.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution, professional certifications in project management or design are a plus.
  • Proficiency in software tools for design and project management (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Sketchup, Rhino, MS Office Suite).
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale projects within deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
