Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director Projects (Boutique and Interior Projects) at Confluence, located in New Delhi. The Director Projects will oversee the planning, design, and execution of boutique and interior projects. Primary responsibilities include leading project teams, interfacing with clients, developing project strategies, ensuring deliverables align with client expectations, managing project timelines and budgets, and driving overall project success. The role also involves fostering collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, maintaining design excellence, and ensuring adherence to sustainability practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural and design principles, including project management, interior design, and boutique projects development.
• Strong skills in client coordination, stakeholder management, and team leadership to guide teams and maintain client satisfaction.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and project management tools.
• Understanding of sustainable design practices, cost management, and construction methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is required; a Master's degree or equivalent qualifications in design-related disciplines is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in leading boutique and high-end design projects is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements for construction projects.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
