About the role
We're looking for a PMO leader with a strong technology/program governance foundation (not a pure Service Delivery profile) to drive enterprise-level Delivery & Execution Excellence across our IT Services portfolio.
If you've led IT Services PMO / Portfolio PMO / Program Governance and can translate delivery performance into CXO-ready executive insights, this role is for you.
What you'll own
- IT Services PMO governance across T&M + Managed Services portfolios
- Portfolio & Program Governance: operating cadence, stage gates, risk/issue dependency management, steering governance
- Delivery & Execution Excellence: predictability, standardization, performance rhythm (WBR/MBR)
- Executive summaries for CXO: clear narrative, decisions needed, risk & financial movement
- PMO Operating Model & Tools: define/strengthen the model, tooling and adoption
- Reporting / Dashboards / Insights (weekly & monthly): actionable insights, not just status
- Financial + Resource Management: revenue forecasting, margins, utilization/capacity planning
- KPI / OKR frameworks: definition, instrumentation, and performance tracking
- Stakeholder leadership: influence delivery, finance, sales, and senior client stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Leadership experience in IT Services PMO (PMO Manager/Head/Director, Portfolio PMO, Program Governance, Delivery Excellence)
- Strong understanding of commercial constructs: T&M, Managed Services, forecasting, margin drivers, delivery KPIs
- Proven ability to create executive-level reporting and run governance forums (WBR/MBR/QBR inputs)
- Hands-on comfort with PMO/tooling ecosystems (examples): Power BI/Tableau, Jira/Azure DevOps, MS Project / PPM tools, PSA/finance interfaces
- Excellent stakeholder management across CXO / BU leadership / client steering committees
