The Director of Revenue Operations at JSC ARGO BREWERY will oversee and optimize revenue-generating activities to drive business growth and efficiency. Responsibilities include developing revenue strategies, analyzing sales data to identify key trends and opportunities, implementing performance metrics, and streamlining processes to support sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Collaborating with cross-functional leadership, the role will ensure alignment across departments to enhance customer satisfaction and the company's financial performance. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur.

• Expertise in Revenue Operations, including strategic planning, performance analysis, and process optimization
• Strong skills in Data Analysis, Financial Forecasting, and Metric Development
• Experience in Sales and Marketing Operations, with an ability to align cross-departmental objectives
• Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics platforms
• Leadership and decision-making abilities for managing diverse teams and fostering collaboration
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Educational qualifications in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Prior experience in the beverage or brewing industry is advantageous
