Business Development Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include generating leads, creating proposals, pitching services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and align solutions with business objectives.

• Expertise in business development, lead generation, and client acquisition strategies
• Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to close deals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Previous experience in financial services, compliance, or business consultancy is advantageous
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and CRM tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
