Product Director, Last Mile (LM) business:

drive supply chain innovation. Our mission is to fulfil all of India's online and offline consumption demand through best-in-class industry solutions, domain expertise and pan-India operations.
As a Director, you will work closely with stakeholders (Shippers, Consignees, Business Development, Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, Design) and co-define & execute the near-term product roadmap for the business in line with the business strategy and product vision. The aim is to build industry-first product solutions for the clients to optimize logistics costs for the shippers, exceed service levels and enhance customer experience.
The successful candidate will:
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a senior role focused on last mile delivery, logistics, or supply chain platforms at scale.
- Familiarity with next-generation AI development tools (e.g., Kiro or equivalent) that enable spec-to-code workflows, enabling the team to meaningfully engage with engineering teams building AI-native logistics features
- Good understanding of last mile operations including forward and reverse logistics workflows and serviceability, ideally from direct exposure to Indian logistics or e-commerce ecosystems
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, engineering, data science, and commercial teams to translate ground-level delivery challenges into scalable product solutions
Requirements:
- Strong leadership track record of mentoring, and scaling product teams while maintaining sharp focus on business outcomes
- Mandatory hands-on understanding of AI-based product development, including experience conceptualizing and delivering agentic AI solutions at scale
- Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across business, operations, engineering, and leadership, translating complex product capabilities into a clear, future-ready vision and tangible outcomes
- Deep empathy for customers and delivery executives, with experience designing AI/mobile native experiences
