Director of Engineering

This is a full-time remote position for the Director of Engineering. As a key leader within the organization, you will be responsible for spearheading the software development lifecycle, overseeing integration efforts, and managing engineering projects. You will lead and mentor a team of engineers, shape technical strategies, and ensure alignment with company objectives to deliver innovative, reliable, and scalable healthcare solutions.

• Proven experience in Engineering Management and guiding teams to success.
• Strong Team Leadership skills, including mentoring, collaboration, and team building.
• Expertise in Software Development, including proficiency with modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with Systems Integration and managing complex, multi-system environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience within the healthcare technology sector is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of EHR systems, AI technologies, or value-based care models is a plus.
