The Delivery Director is a strategic leadership role within the ANZ Consulting team and responsible for leading and enabling a team within an assigned grouping either by functional expertise or level (in this case, Business Architects and Business Consultants within Pega Consulting). This position is required to manage a high performing team that drives customer success and market leadership through Pega products, designs and methodologies.

You will drive awareness and usage of the Pega Delivery Approach (defined delivery process best practices) across the practice and delivery leadership in their portfolio of partners. You will integrate Pega delivery best practices into Partner's methodology to improve delivery outcomes and help the Partner best leverage Pega technology.
What You'll Do At Pega
Leadership
- Day to day leadership of Business Architects and Consultants across Australia and New Zealand
- Technical leadership on the effective use of Pega products, architecture, design and methodologies
- Provide thought leadership and tangible influence both internally and externally regarding Pega's rapid delivery models, agile and particularly Design Thinking
- Ensure utilization rate targets are met, balanced against training and development
- Ensure customer success through the team by working with peers and local leadership on excellent feedback provision and support
Who You Are
You are a senior leader that drives customer success through becoming the trusted advisor for both teams, clients and partners. You will be a self-driven, and be an iterative & creative problem solver that can energize the people around you to solve business outcomes.
As an innovative thinker, you will be confident in and around Design Thinking and Human-Centered design principals
- BS Degree or Masters Degree with significant evidenced experience in business architecture and consulting.
- A passion and practical knowledge of Design thinking (advisory, leadership, Coach/Mentor)
- Completion of Pega certifications highly desirable

Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is INR annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
