This role encompasses being an Advisor, Influencer, and Business Leader. It will engage teams, keep businesses and employees safe, and ensure that our beers get to our consumers with no business disruption. Reporting to the General Counsel demands strategic insight, strong decision-making, and a proactive approach to navigating the legal complexities of a dynamic and regulated industry.

Business Lawyer
- Embrace the journey to connect consumers with complex routes to the market
- Cultivate a deep understanding of Environmental regulations, Labour laws, BIS, and
- Consumer Protection Laws, and Court procedures, and build strong relationships with authorities and government officials.

Art of the Court
- Forge and guide impactful litigation strategies for criminal and civil cases, empowering effective dispute management.

Compliance Champion
- Champion compliance efforts to align with industry-specific laws and regulations, inhouse holder of compliance policy, conducting investigation & reporting to India Compliance Committee

- Forge strong partnerships with regulatory authorities to enhance our operations and proactively tackle compliance challenges.

Qualifications & Experience
- Master or Graduate in Law
- 12-16 years since graduation with experience in criminal courts for 04 years, 04 years in a law firm or 04 years in a commercial corporate
- Experience in FMCG or FMCD [Desirable not essential]
