Position Overview

As a Director of Investment & Advisory, you will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing relationships with various investors. 

Key Responsibilities

• Identification of high-potential investments with VC firms, early-stage/angel investors, etc. 
• Planning and organising the engagement of investors on regular basis
• Source and evaluate new investment opportunities through financial, operational, and market analysis
• Support in negotiating term sheets, shareholder agreements, and governance provisions.
• Lead thematic research and market mapping in target sectors
• Lead diligence across business, financial, legal, and product dimensions
• Support Communications, reporting, and strategy of growth of VenturEdu and Fibonacci X

Background

• Strong academic background in business, finance, tech, or economics (MBA/CFA is a plus)
• 3+ years of relevant experience in VC/PE, startup founding, investment banking, consulting, or family office investing
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
