Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base. The role requires a blend of sales, relationship management, and market research skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education and technology sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, research, and outreach activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, institutions, and partners.
  • Present and promote company products, services, and programs to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for business growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Interest or exposure to education, ed-tech, or space technology is an advantage.
