Define and execute the global IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth plans.
Lead and develop globally distributed teams across India, Finland, and the United States.
Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable global infrastructure, including cloud environments, networks, enterprise systems, and endpoints in support of international offices, remote employees and global customers.
Oversee DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, cloud operations, and platform reliability to support engineering productivity.
Establish and maintain a strong cybersecurity posture, including risk management, employee awareness, and compliance initiatives to achieve global standards and certifications.
Drive service excellence through defined SLAs, IT service management processes, process improvements, and initiatives that drive employee operability.
Develop and manage the global IT budget, vendor relationships, and technology investments to ensure cost efficiency and value delivery.
Implement governance frameworks, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery capabilities to support global operations, working in conjunction with other senior stakeholders.
Serve as the ROC Officer, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and corporate governance obligations.
Qualifications
12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including management of global or distributed teams.
Demonstrated experience overseeing IT Operations, DevOps, Helpdesk, and Information Security functions.
Proven track record of building high-performing teams and leading cross-cultural organizations.
Experience implementing IT service management frameworks (such as ITIL) and operational KPIs.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOC, ISO).
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
