Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead and develop globally distributed teams across India, Finland, and the United States.
  • Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable global infrastructure, including cloud environments, networks, enterprise systems, and endpoints in support of international offices, remote employees and global customers.
  • Oversee DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, cloud operations, and platform reliability to support engineering productivity.
  • Establish and maintain a strong cybersecurity posture, including risk management, employee awareness, and compliance initiatives to achieve global standards and certifications.
  • Drive service excellence through defined SLAs, IT service management processes, process improvements, and initiatives that drive employee operability.
  • Develop and manage the global IT budget, vendor relationships, and technology investments to ensure cost efficiency and value delivery.
  • Implement governance frameworks, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery capabilities to support global operations, working in conjunction with other senior stakeholders.
  • Serve as the ROC Officer, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and corporate governance obligations.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including management of global or distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing IT Operations, DevOps, Helpdesk, and Information Security functions.
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams and leading cross-cultural organizations.
  • Experience implementing IT service management frameworks (such as ITIL) and operational KPIs.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOC, ISO).
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
