Head- Key Account Management (KAM) & Business Development

Location: Noida

Whom we're looking for:

1. 12–15 years of hardcore experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Development

2. Must be from Beauty & Personal Care / Skincare Third-party manufacturing (no brand-side profiles)

3. Strong industry network & relationships with leading brands and decision-makers

4. Proven track record of client acquisition, scaling accounts, and revenue growth

Role & Responsibilities (not limited to):

1. Lead and manage the BD / KAM function independently

2. Drive new business development and expand key client relationships

3. Own end-to-end client lifecycle - from NPD (New Product Development) to commercial delivery

4. Collaborate with R&D, operations, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution

5. Build and nurture long-term partnerships through consistent client engagement & networking

6. Identify market trends and convert opportunities into a scalable business

Qualifications

  1. Proficient in Business Development & Key Account Management in Skincare Third Party Manufacturing to build and maintain strong client relationships
  2. Demonstrated ability in Team Management and Team Leadership to lead and inspire teams effectively
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  4. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
  5. Prior experience in the Beauty & Personal Care industry is mandatory.
