We are seeking a Director - Data & AI Engineering to provide leadership for high-impact data and machine learning engineering programs across global business functions. This role is crucial for driving the development and management of scalable data platforms and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for high-impact data and machine learning engineering programs across global business functions.
• Drive development and management of scalable data platforms, pipelines, and AI/ML solutions supporting key enterprise priorities.
• Guide cross-functional teams in requirement gathering, architecture design, deployment, and change management.
• Manage a growing team of data and AI professionals and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Represent the Data & AI Engineering team in global forums and leadership presentations.

Skills Required

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (Master's preferred).
• Expertise in data engineering, database management, and machine learning lifecycle with tools such as SQL, Python, Redshift, AWS Sagemaker, and LLMs.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native data platforms and modern ML/GenAI applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale technical teams and mentor top talent.
• Experience in working with global teams and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for leveraging data and AI to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable impact.
