Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Executive Assistant to the CEO who will act as a right-hand to leadership, driving key business priorities, strategic initiatives, and investor readiness. This role goes beyond traditional EA responsibilities and requires strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and exposure to fundraising and company strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • CEO Office & Strategic Execution
  • Work closely with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives across business functions
  • Track and manage organization-wide priorities, OKRs, and leadership deliverables
  • Support in Annual Operating Plan (AOP), business planning, and growth strategy
  • Translate leadership vision into actionable execution plans
  • Investor Relations & Fundraising Support
  • Assist in fundraising activities including investor outreach, pitch decks, and data rooms
  • Build and maintain investor trackers, financial summaries, and performance dashboards
  • Support CEO in investor meetings, follow-ups, and due diligence processes
  • Ensure investor readiness through data-backed storytelling and reporting
  • Business Strategy & Market Intelligence
  • Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis
  • Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies
  • Support in business case creation, GTM strategies, and new initiative incubation
  • Cross-Functional Program Management
  • Drive execution across multiple strategic projects simultaneously
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Finance, Operations) to ensure alignment
  • Build governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and performance tracking systems
  • Leadership Support & Decision Enablement
  • Prepare CEO-level presentations, board decks, and leadership reports
  • Enable data-driven decision-making through dashboards and insights
  • Act as a bridge between CEO and leadership team

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 25 years of experience in Founders Office / CEO Office / Consulting / Strategy roles
  • Prior experience supporting CXO-level stakeholders is highly preferred
  • Strong exposure to:
  • Business strategy & execution
  • Investor relations / fundraising support
  • Market research & competitive analysis
  • Excellent skills in:
  • PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis
  • Structured problem-solving
  • Stakeholder management & communication
  • MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute preferred
