About the service line – A newly launched B2B marketplace in the intracity logistics business, aggregating the fragmented supply and generating volumes for them from all kinds of B2B customers (Corporate, SMEs, Agri-commodity traders, etc)
Job Responsibilities:
- Owning and leading end-to-end city business and P&L for the local service - business planning, strategizing, and executing operations to meet and exceed targets
- Defining, prioritizing, and executing sustainable solutions for supply growth keeping demand goals in line of sight
- Owning a full stack of roles from Supply, Operations, Localised marketing, and Demand growth
- Working closely with the central team and solving long and short-term issues with sustainable solutions
- Help the team nurture partners and solve issues by coordinating with internal teams
- Invest yourself in strategic client relationships and help the team grow those accounts
- Hire, train & grow the city supply and operations team
Key Requirements:
- Should have 5+ years of experience with substantial experience in driving numbers, business development, and exposure to operations and marketing
- Enjoys solving complex problems through analytical excellence and commercial acumen
- Has strong people skills with experience in managing and leading layered teams and budgets
- Proven track record of achieving targets - including planning, team management, and execution of plans to achieve the desired business goals
- Should possess - a strong work ethic, willingness to get hands dirty and get stuff done
