Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations is mandatory skill.
- Ability to work as an assembly technician, demonstrating attention to detail and technical aptitude is mandatory skill.
- Familiarity with project management tools to assist in planning and managing tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of data analysis to interpret and present data meaningfully.
- Knowledge in basic electronics including understanding circuits and electronic components.
- Strong customer service skills to handle client inquiries and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to team members and clients.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to new challenges quickly.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in executing recruitment strategies and identifying potential candidates for various roles.
- Support the team in maintaining and updating the candidate database with accurate and current information.
- Participate in candidate screening sessions, ensuring only qualified candidates proceed to the interview stage.
- Engage in training sessions to gain insights into recruitment processes and industry practices.
- Collaborate with senior team members to understand client requirements and tailor recruitment activities accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with candidates to facilitate interviews and coordinate follow-ups.
- Provide support in organizing recruitment events and presentations for potential candidates.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by sharing innovative ideas and feedback with the team.
