We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Digital Vertical Head to lead and expand our digital services within an Integrated Marketing Agency. This strategic role involves developing and executing our go-to-market plan, driving new business acquisition, and building a high-performing digital team. You will be responsible for achieving ambitious targets, leveraging market intelligence, and ensuring excellence in both customer acquisition and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and drive our comprehensive go-to-market plan for Digital services, coordinating the pace of execution to ensure timely and effective market penetration.
- New Business Acquisition: Achieve target levels of new business by identifying and actively seeking new prospects, analyzing potential opportunities, and creating and overseeing strategic sales tactics.
- Marketing Proposition Development: Lead the development of compelling marketing propositions that clearly articulate the value and unique selling points of our digital services.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly report performance against plan and budget to the Senior Management Team, providing insightful analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Market Intelligence & Feedback: Manage the market excellence/intelligence process, which includes gathering crucial market and customer information and providing feedback on future trends to support sales campaigns.
- Quality Control & Service Delivery: Ensure rigorous quality control of all activities related to customer acquisition and service delivery, working in close coordination with the operations/delivery team.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, coach, control, manage, and evaluate the performance of the Digital team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
- Performance Monitoring Systems: Establish and monitor robust performance reporting systems to track key metrics and ensure accountability across the digital vertical.
- Continuous Improvement: Review and assess the implementation of the sales and marketing plan, actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize strategies and processes.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Strong exposure to selling creative technology services, preferably in advertising, marketing communication, media, and entertainment domains.
- Proven, hands-on experience in successfully managing and motivating large teams.
